What this prototype stores
TradingLand stores account names, email addresses, password hashes, consent timestamps, KYC applicant and verification identifiers, verification status, virtual balances, order records, support messages and administrative audit events. Hashed network identifiers are used for short-lived request limits. Server logs may also contain connection information according to your host’s configuration.
Identity verification with KYCaid
Free registration does not contact KYCaid. Choosing a verified plan and starting its verification sends your name, email and internal account ID to KYCaid to create an applicant. Completing verification opens a secure KYCaid-hosted form in another tab. Identity documents and biometrics are collected by KYCaid; this application does not request or retain document images or raw callback contents. Consult KYCaid’s privacy information in its verification flow.
Sessions and service messages
A first-party session cookie enables authentication and form protection. No advertising or third-party analytics scripts are included. If live crypto data is enabled, the server retrieves public prices from Kraken without sending trader profiles to that feed. Bounded KYC diagnostics retain operation metadata and internal IDs, never applicant payloads or raw responses. If the operator enables email delivery, password reset links may be sent to your account email.
Operator responsibilities and requests
The operator controls the hosting, API account and data retention policy. Contact the operator for access, corrections or deletion. Provider-held data and backups require separate handling. This prototype does not automate identity-data deletion or advertise a retention period; the operator must define and publish those details before a public launch.
